Meet Erica, a cleaning entrepreneur who also happens to be an award-winning fitness & lifestyle professional.. In 2018, Erica founded a commercial cleaning business and got her start in the Cleaning Industry. Partnering with Canada’s top cleaning agencies and suppliers to form and create specialized commercial cleaning programs to proudly service medical offices, health care facilities, and professional offices with the empathizes in infection control and sanitization.
Inspired by her mother who has worked in the medical field for over 35 years and learning the challenges of cleaning companies delivering on their staffing promise, and overall consistent experience, Erica recognized a recurring challenge in the industry; the difficulty of maintaining consistent staffing and dependable quality. Determined to raise the standard she builds cleaning programs founded on the accountability, consistency, and care - ensuring every client receive not just a service, but a partnership built on excellence.
Drawing from her diverse professional background, Erica integrates modern HR practices, leadership coaching, and performance measurement tools into her companies operations. She uses various testing technology to scientifically measure cleanliness, ensuring each cleaning program meets the highest standard of sanitation and client satisfaction.
With a strong background in recruiting and Human Resources, Erica is passionate about connecting the right people to the right roles. She believes that exceptional results begin with expectational people - which is why she invests deeply in staff development, training, and growth opportunities. Each team member is guided through professional cleaning certifications, mentorship, and continuous skill development to help them become the best in their field.
Erica is passionate about servicing the communities she works in. Erica enjoys being involved with various non-profit organizations as giving back to her community is important to her. Erica has served as a board member for Children’s Aid Societies as Child Welfare is near and dear to her heart.
In her spare time, Erica loves cooking, reading, fitness training, traveling, and spending time outdoors with her dog Stella.
